Return Policy

We accept returns on full priced paddles that HAVE NOT BEEN PADDLED or PUT ON WATER, DEMOED, or ALTERED, and with ALL ORIGINAL packaging attached. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All returns require a Return Authorization initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may obtain your Return Authorization number by contacting info@cannonpaddles.com or calling 800-758-1720.

1. Package your item(s).
2. Provide your Invoice number for faster credit, as well as name and email address. You can also include a copy of your original packing slip or a print out of your order confirmation email.
3. Ship your items. You are responsible for return freight, any insurance.

CREDIT

Upon receipt of your return, items are inspected to ensure that they are received in the same condition in which they were shipped. Once confirmed, your credit will be processed (excluding original shipping & re-stocking fees) within 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend you ship returns through an insured traceable carrier.
