Nokomis Carbon 2-Piece Kayak Paddle

I usually paddle for 3-5 hours at a time. The first thing I noticed was the swing weight of this paddle. Very well distributed. I like the size of the blade and how stiff they are. The joint in the middle works as advertised.

Got to use one that my friend owned. It is very light. I didn’t realize my paddle weighed so much. It paddled so well, I went home and bought one.

I’m a low angle paddler doing mostly day trips. I wanted something lighter than my fiberglass paddle so I went with the Nokomis carbon. It performs great on the water. Very lightweight and the blades are very stiff. I like the smooth shaft a lot more than the shaft on my fiberglass paddle.
